Why and how did movement become such a big part of your life?

Movement is Medicine. It’s good for the body and soul.

I love all the classes, each one challenges me.

What other practices (apart from exercise) do you live by that support your mindset and mood?

There is a great quote that comes to mind - “Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.

I don’t really do a post-workout snack but now and again I’ll whip up a smoothie.

My days are full and busy and can range from working, a HIIT Squad session, out on my bike with my sister, hanging with my great niece and nephews, food prepping in my kitchen, gardening and laying down those lawn lines.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

I’m an early bird catches the worm type.

Favourite local Christchurch eatery?

Got to be Spice Paragon.
